What you'll do
- Source and screen candidates for IT, Semiconductor, GCC and leadership roles
- Use job portals, LinkedIn and referrals to build strong talent pipelines
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams
- Manage offers, follow-ups and smooth candidate onboarding
- Maintain the candidate database and daily recruitment reports
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Experience in IT or technical hiring is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfortable with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools
- Target-driven, organised and a quick learner

What you'll do
- Identify and acquire new clients – tech companies, enterprises and GCCs
- Pitch staff augmentation, executive search and GCC build-out services
- Build and manage strong relationships with HR and business leaders
- Negotiate commercials and close staffing / hiring agreements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
What we're looking for
- 3–6 years of B2B sales in IT staffing, recruitment or IT services
- Proven track record of client acquisition and closures
- A strong network with HR / TA leaders is a big plus
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Self-driven, confident and result-oriented
